Returns Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Easy Returns:
We want you to love your purchase from Caulk and Balls. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original packaging with all tags attached
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at caulkandballsllc@gmail.com. Provide your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
4. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges:
If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to offer exchanges. Simply follow the return process and indicate that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
